(Better is 33...h6) 34 Qb8 Kh7 35 Qe8 Rc7 36 Qh5 Kg8 37 Qe8 (With under 5 minutes left on the clock, I took the draw by repetition. White can try a couple of various moves here, for example, 37 Rc3!? when 37...Rc5?? fails to 38 Nc8 Kf8 (38...Qd4 39 Qe8 Kh7 40 Ne7 +-) 39 Nb6 dropping the rook since the Queen is under attack, and can not recapture after 40 Rc5 due to the fork on d7, while any Bishop move on move 37 allows 38.Rg3 +-, but Fritz gives 37...Ra7 as +/- and was unable to find a line that flat out won for White. 37 Ne8!? sets up other traps: A) 37...Rc5?? 38 Nf6 gf6 39 Qe8 Kh7 40 Qe7 and 41 Qc5 +-. B)
37...Rc8?? 38 Nf6 gf6 39 Qg4 and 40 Qc8 +-. C) 37...Rc6!!, however, leaves White has no clear path to a win.)1/2-1/2 (Notes by McCartney)
