To celebrate the reopening of the Statesville Area Chess Club, this Thursday night we are having a FREEROLL blitz tournament at our club meeting. Open to all. Not rated. No memberships required. No entry fee. Prizes $10-5-3-2. Time control is G/5 no delay. Format will be a Swiss or a round robin depending on the number of players who show up. Our club meets at Boxcar Grille at I-40 Exit 148, Statesville, NC from 7:30pm - 10:00pm. The tournament will start at 8:00pm.
