Publishes Ridiculous Remarks?
Insinuates that Fuerstman Cheated to
Obtain His Master Title???

The following are the terms by which a member may post messages on the NCCA Forum: Considering the extraordinary claims and damning remarks made by NM Chris Mabe apparently regarding NM Leland Fuerstman, (See Message on NCCA Forum) according to their rules, he must be permanently banned from its use!! -- O.K. NCCA Forum Moderator, do your job. "You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “North Carolina Chess Association” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “North Carolina Chess Association” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “North Carolina Chess Association” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised." What a sick puppy this guy is!? I thought Mabe had evolved from being the goofy, misinformed oddball that he has always been. - "You can't turn a sows ear into a silk purse." I take great offense at his inaccurate and insulting remarks. He is insinuating that I cheated to obtain my Masters title?? That, sir, is an outrageous lie... And, I strongly resent that he made such a ridiculous claim. Extreme statements such as that require one to produce extreme proof. And, other than hearsay, or outright fabrication, Mabe certainly has no proof. Mabe was a 1374 player in January 2000. I achieved the title of National Master 16 years earlier in 1984. So, who would this star witness be? And, just for the record, over the following two years, my rating went down to 2100 and then back up to 2224! I earned my Master Title in a completely legitimate and legal manner and I resent anyone saying otherwise. Furthermore, I have copies of all necessary documents and printouts to prove it. As if it's really necessary... Be advised; either retract and remove that lie from the NCCA Forum, or be prepared to be sued in a court of law for "defamation of character." Regardless of his success as a chess player, politically, NM Chris Mabe has become one the most destructive, anti-social members of our chess community. Why hasn't he ever stepped forward to be an officer of the NCCA? Instead, over the past few years, just as things begin to calm down, "Eddie Haskell" always seems to intentionally stir the fire by posting misleading and untrue statements in order to cause controversy... I doubt it will ever end?! --- I have attempted to be friendly, he has not. In fact, approximately one month ago, I emailed Mabe cordially inviting him to play at the CCC. In his response, he indicated that he "would be there the following week!" I guess he was being facetious and trying to trick me into posting something on the website?! I privately told NM's Pealer and Sciacca that he intended to come. They respectfully showed up to greet him; sadly, Mabe didn't show. What a jerk?! Two faced doesn't even begin to describe this guy. He might be a winner over the chessboard, but he is a major loser in life... The messages that I write are accurate and based upon fact. The outrageous garbage which Mabe has "illegally" posted on the NCCA Forum is a rambling pack of exaggerated lies. I will be happy to refute any outrageous claim which he has made to any individual who wishes to know the truth. I have given a lifetime of service to chess and I resent being treated in this manner. --- My recommendation to Mabe is, hire an attorney. In addition, in reference to the 2009 Scholastic Championship, the 9 month late accounting was part of a coverup which I shall challenge to this day. It contained no original receipts and only states opinions, not facts. As I have stated publicly 6 times previously, I will be happy to meet the organizer of that event at an independent polygraph examiner's office in order to determine who is lying and who is telling the truth. Just tell me the time and place and I will be there. Will he? I remain extremely offended, NM Leland Fuerstman President, CCC Ps. Talk about arranging the outcome; in the last rated encounter I had with Mabe, I was 2 pieces up in a clearly winning position... and I "gave" him a Draw!? ... some folks might think that result was prearranged, too!? |
