| The CCC Information Team has learned (last Sunday) from a reliable source that Rudolph Abate will run for President of the NCCA on September 2, 2012. Many members are curious as to why this has not been announced either on the NCCA website nor his own website considering that the election is only 18 days away?! According to rule, all candidates must be properly vetted prior to the election. The only info which we could find is that Rudolph Abate (1448), an Organizer from Henderson, NC, conducts the Henderson-Vance CC. His TD credentials include being listed as Assistant Tournament Director for all 4 sections of the 2012 Land of the Sky when in fact he played in all 5 rounds? (Well, maybe he's just a good multi-tasker!?) LF |
