Mr. Patrick McCartney:

Recent comments by you on the CCC Message Board of Chris Mabe's complaint, have been of great concern to many members of this organization. Your unfriendly and slanderous criticism directed at me will not go unanswered. I find your mean spirited rhetoric to be rude, disrespectful, offensive and inaccurate. Others see it as a personal attack to purposely besmirch my name and that of the CCC.
Please allow me to remind you of some other information which was published on the CCC website!...that you, Mr. McCartney, have twice been cited and sanctioned for serious incidents at this club whereby your blatant disrespect for lower rated players as well as "seasoned" Masters was addressed.
Some of your recently contrived statements about me are simply false and slanderous. The very idea that I purposely sidestep any player is preposterous!
Furthermore, your hubris and bravado seem quite absurd when you brag that you are attempting to win your 3rd consecutive game against me. I feel sure that among the 24! wins I have registered against you, at some point, I must have defeated you 2 or 3 times in a row. But, I didn't blab that on the internet.
There are many ways of addressing issues of concern. One may call me on the phone, E-mail me, complain to Mr. Ashamalla and as a final resort after not having been properly answered, enter it on the Message Board. I generally attempt to answer questions quickly, with a bit of humor in my comments. Personal attacks and unfounded supposition are rude, and only cause people to appreciate you less than they already do.
(One must be careful when he makes negative remarks about another on the internet!) As for now, though I haven't, I reserve the right to take legal action. Beginning Mar 1, 2004, you will no longer be listed as an assistant to the CCC and will now be considered as an "unfriendly" member of this organization.
I remain,

NM Leland Fuerstman, President CCC
