Feedback Suggests Improvements; Done!! Almost every comment received by those who participated in Rd:1 of Seafarer I was positive! However, there were a few suggestions which the CCC has already addressed and will be corrected by Rd:2! First, the lighting, which was "adequate," but certainly not "excellent," will be upgraded by next meeting with greater wattage in each lamp! Second, some complained that the "vinyl tablecovers" were too sticky!? According to the Manager, their disinfectant cleanser causes that effect. Therefore, next week, just prior to your tournament game, each table will be covered with a brand new "fabric tablecloth" for your comfort. And finally, the Management of the Seafarer will offer a "CCC Special" which will include meal, drink, tax and tip for a total of $10! The Seafarer has always maintained a reputation for excellent food, in excessive amounts!! at reasonable prices! (Allowing me to store my doggy box in their refrigerator, I literally took home more than I ate!!) We are always open to suggestions in our attempt to make your visit to the CCC a more comfortable and enjoyable experience! We anticipate bigger numbers next week! See ya' there. LF
