CCC Worthless Check Policy:
1. Make an attempt to communicate with the party who uttered the check to make it good.
2. Suspend his CCC membership until the check is paid.
3. Forward information to the USCF to have his USCF membership suspended until check is paid.
4. File legal charges whereby the perpetrator will be arrested, required to post bond, answer the charge in civil court and probably pay additional fines or go to jail.
